What We Offer Facilitators

Remote Online Training
All training is delivered through our online facilitator classes, guided by qualified psychologists and programme leaders. This makes it possible for people anywhere in South Africa to participate and gain high-quality knowledge without barriers.
Work Experience
Facilitators apply their training directly in their own communities, helping to spread awareness about mental health and supporting vulnerable women and children.
Community Impact
Facilitators become ambassadors of dignity and hope, breaking stigma and empowering others through knowledge and compassion.

Our Process

Apply: Complete our online facilitator application form.
Train: Join our remote facilitator classes to gain practical knowledge and skills.
Probation: Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and commitment during a three-month probation period while applying what you’ve learned.
Certification: Successful participants are recognised as African Soul Centre Certified Facilitators, ready to lead and inspire in their communities.

After the Probation Period

Facilitators who successfully complete their training, probation, and practical assessments are awarded certification and become recognised representatives of The African Soul Centre.

This recognition comes with more than just a certificate:

Use of Our Branding: Certified facilitators receive the right to represent The African Soul Centre in their communities and with corporate partners.
Job Opportunities: We equip facilitators to create income opportunities by offering wellness and awareness programmes on behalf of the Centre.
Business Skills Training: As part of our course, facilitators learn how to approach corporates, structure proposals, and determine fair pricing for their services.
Ongoing Support: Our team provides continued guidance, quality assurance, and accountability, ensuring that every facilitator represents the soul of Africa with integrity and excellence.
